Fitting itself usually takes 60 to 90 minutes. After that the urethane needs curing time before the car is safe to drive — for most vehicles that is about an hour, and we will tell you the exact safe-drive-away time for your car before you leave.
Most comprehensive policies in Malaysia either include windscreen cover or offer it as an add-on. Send us your policy schedule and we will check it for you free of charge. A windscreen claim under windscreen cover normally does not affect your NCD — we will confirm this against your specific policy.
Sooner than most people think. Heat, potholes and door slams all push a crack along, and a screen that is cracked through the driver's line of sight is both a safety risk and a problem at inspection. Send us a photo and we will tell you whether it is urgent or whether it can wait until the weekend.
Yes. Rain sensors, humidity sensors, heated wiper zones and camera brackets for lane-keep or auto-braking systems are all part of the job. Tell us your exact model and variant when you ask for a quote so we order the correct glass, and we will advise you on ADAS recalibration where your vehicle requires it.

It depends on the vehicle and the glass — a side window is a fraction of a front screen, and a windscreen with rain sensors and a camera bracket costs more than a plain one. We quote per car, up front, with no surprises added at collection. WhatsApp us your model and a photo for an exact figure.
